If you're looking for guidance and help with studying for STEP, then Pass Program is the best place to start. The tutors here are so knowledgeable and helpful, from helping you to nail down last min details to building confidence to take the "Big one". Before starting the Pass Program, my knowledge gaps were huge and I was missing key details or clues written in practice questions. After going through the course, I was able to bridge the gap and knew what the question maker was getting at even before reading the whole stem. Dr. Francis was a great help and someone who was great to have in my corner before taking Step. With his constant dedication and guidance, I was able to pass my step with a good margin and am now looking forward to continuing on with my medical career.

Staff is very considerate and personable via email correspondence(Nick) and phone call (Tesha). I was not able to take advantage of the program at the moment but seems like a people oriented initative.

My review may be kind of lengthy, but I want the reader to get a breathe of just how great the PASS program is. I took Step 1 after 8 weeks of dedicated study. I did everything I knew how to do: pathoma, sketchy, Uworld, and almost all of the NBMES. After burning out shortly before my test, and being able to get back on track I failed by two points. I was devastated. My school told me that all I needed to do was simply do uworld again and I would be fine. So thats exactly what I did, again a fail, but this time lower than my previous attempt. I was crushed. This meant my graduation would be delayed and all the work I had put in was just not enough. My school offered me little to no help and basically said figure it out, we believe in you. My last option was the PASS Program as my school was giving me only one more attempt, before "further action" was taken. I packed up and went to PASS. From the first day, I felt inspired. The classroom environment is what I thrived in. Constantly thinking and challenging my brain, additionally never a dull moment. The days were long but worth it. I would go to the gym then, morning questions, class, and then try to drill and study for 2/3 hours a day. It took a lot of energy out of me but I was determined. My confidence was up, I was feeling like i belonged and I just knew I would pass step 1. Well on the 4th week things changed for me. I had a family member pass away and ended a relationship. I was crushed. I left PASS but returned after the funeral. Im not sure how I did it, but I wouldn't have been able to continue on without my PASS family. Although i was close to my goal, mental barriers really had always been my downfall with STEP 1. Thankfully to the environment and the friends at PASS and my tutor, I was able to overcome those obstacles, study up a little more and PASS STEP 1 by a good margin. Dr. Francis didnt allow me to even think about giving up, he didnt even entertain the option of anything, but my best. It was one of the best feelings in the world. This test is hard. Just do not give up and put in the work! Life will happen, but this program has seen it all. They know just how to be there for you. If you show up everyday and do your part, PASS will do theres.

I recently passed my COMLEX after failing it the first time. Definitely know your micro and pharm!! Working with Dr. Francis and the tutors have been so uplifting. There were times when I just felt so down, wondering if I would make it, but eventually I did! When I texted Dr. Francis, he called me right away to congratulate me. My main tutor called me the day before to check in to see if I was okay. This is truly a family environment, and I'm so grateful to be here. Forever thankful for the community and Dr. Francis & all the tutors for having faith in all of us.

The program was very good! Catering to the basics and much needed physio and biochem - it’s breaks down everything so smoothly that you learn vs memorise!

Pass Program, Dr. Francis and the tutors have been extremely helpful for me. I enrolled in Pass Program because I needed to develop confidence to take my board exam. I also wanted to regain my motivation for studying medicine. Now that I have completed the course, I feel that I have a more solidified study plan and also a better approach to answering questions. I have also met drill partners and other students to review concepts with. I am extremely grateful for all that I’ve learned and gained in the Pass Program. It was a great decision to enhance my medical knowledge.

Absolutely recommend this program to build your confidence, understand the basics, and get to where you need to go in your medical career. Dr. Francis is the most down to earth but informed professor out there. I wish this content were presented the way he does in medical schools across the country, it's an expensive shame that it's not. Just do what he says to the T.

This program is great! I was at the in-person course for step 1 after having not been able to get a passing score on my NBMEs. The way Dr. Francis explained the why behind everything rather than just focusing on memorization helped so much. After a couple months of self study after the program ended I was able to get a 231 which is better than I could have hoped going into it just hoping to pass. I highly recommend this for anyone who is struggling with any of the board exams. I will use the strategies I learned here for the rest of med school and all of my board exams moving forward.
