This is the board review to get if you want to understand the concepts, find the clues, click and move forward to PASS! Amazing lectures! I have been through a different board review with little progress...PASS has made the difference for me. I am so glad this program exists.

If you follow the recipe they provide- you will pass. Morning questions: learn how to analyze questions and eliminate wrong answers. Course: learn foundational concepts. Drill: build details on that foundation. I came to Pass going through the motions of what I was supposed to do next. Not really believing as an older graduate I could pass. Dr Francis and his team inspired hope and confidence in me everyday, I got to the point of passing my exam! Dr Francis teaches you how to think, I would highly recommend doing the program in person.

Dr. Francis is a one of a kind unique teacher, an amazing human being, and his assisting staff are equally fantastic as well. He does a great job of making sure we understand the why and breaking down complex topics you never would have understood, into understandable and applicable lessons to help you answer the Board exam questions. They all do a great job at promoting only positive vibes and support to help you get over any feelings of self-doubt and exam anxiety that so many of us deal with. I really liked my peers in the session; everyone was encouraging one another and helping each other out. Keep up the great work!

My experience at Pass Program was great. Dr. Francis is really passionate about teaching and he really knows how to make students excited to come to class each day. Definitely one of the most exciting and best learning experience I have ever had.

The whole lecture period was informative and Dr Francis being an effective tutor and communicator, makes it very easy for everyone. His teaching pattern is absolutely brilliant and I’m grateful to be part of the program. Also, the class was respectful and all students were supportive and team players. I’m grateful for my experience, to Dr Francis and all the Pass Program Team. I truly recommend anyone reading this to be part of the program if you truly need help and support.

Before I started the PASS program, I was miserable and was even considering leaving medicine because I wasn’t able to make sense of or retain any of the information that I learned from other popular Step 1 sources (I won’t name any names, but I’m sure most people are aware of the standard triad of sources used to study for Step 1). Before PASS, I felt like I was memorizing random factoids, just to get a sample question about another random factoid that I hadn’t committed to memory. I could study for an indefinite period of time and STILL not know all the little details that were being tested. I was so frustrated every day and dreaded studying for Step, because what was the point? I even thought I didn’t belong in medicine because I felt so uninspired and overwhelmed. I wondered to myself, how will I treat my future patients if I hate studying this? As a last resort, I decided to try the PASS program. From Day 1 of Dr. Francis’s teaching, I started making connections, seeing patterns, and understanding things on a whole different level than the past two years of medical school and two months of dedicated Step prep combined. This course is what I was praying for! All of my doubts resolved instantaneously, and I knew that medicine is right for me — I had just been going about it the wrong way. I went from hating studying to actually look forward to waking up (even at 6 am) to learn more. Dr. Francis is an amazing teacher with a beautiful soul. He is driven with great purpose and cares so much for his students. He answers everyone’s questions, engages all his students, and works overtime to help his students. After a time zone conflict for some students in the PST time zone, he provided everyone in class with both a morning AND evening questions session, working everyday from 7:30 am to 6 pm out of care for his students. If you resonate with anything I have said so far, and are looking for a program that will not only help you with your Board preparation, but also with your lifelong career as a doctor, do not hesitate to take Dr. Francis’s program. You won’t regret it.
