We are certainly not thieves. We definitely do not continue to charge anyone once they cancel. It seems that you might have thought you canceled but did not. I am still sorry this happened to you. We wish you the best!

Expensive Lack of Learning Experience.
Decided to wait until I was done with the program as I was sent this trust pilot in the middle of the program.
I personally would not recommend this program again only from an online student perspective. I had tutoring and did the extended program with Dr. Francis. Firstly, the tutors, are always different, never the same. I found them to be quite cold, and misunderstanding when it comes to students feelings. If a student tells you they are dealing with a chronic illness, maybe dont suggest that they should be waking up at 5:30am to start studying? And to use my First Aid book to roast marshmallows? Honestly if you choose to use this program - I would STILL use first aid. I cannot stress this enough. They would constantly say how you dont need it, however, Dr. Francis doesnt cover much for NBME material, step 1, sure, but not any better.
Also, when you follow along (book and lecture) it makes NO sense..... the book doesnt match, so you will spend more time CTRL+F on the PDF than actually being able to focus in class. Honestly, the price, not worth it in my humble opinion, but the only good that came out of it is that I thought myself more outside the course than while in it. Personally would not recommend this program, just because of the lack of tutors sincerity and the poor organize of this entire course.
IMO... stick with Anki, First Aid, USMLERX, UWorld, Pathoma, B&B. Promise you'll be golden and say thousands.

Waste of time - Invest in something else
Messy lectures with such poor use of time during teaching... Every 20 minutes its a 10 minute tangent that VERY loosely relates to the topic... This makes it impossible to filter out the useful information from the useless stories being told - some are great examples that can help remember the material (like 1in 5) but it's impossible to reel Dr. Francis back in when he starts a story. It's a tough situation because you don't want to be disrespectful by telling him to go back to the topic please, because at the same time you feel like you and your time are not being respected. Also constantly disregarded start/end times, and the online option also feels like a tack-on for extra money since it's a hassle to even ask a single question.
Also... if you have to mention HOW much the program will change my thinking SO many times (at least 3 minutes every half day), it makes me question... There's way too much self-tooting of the horn during lecture that makes it seem disingenuous.
Truthfully, this is not the caliber of program I was expecting for $2000 and I will be actively recommending against it. The program hurt me more than helped me by convincing me this was a good use of 6-8hrs/day. I should have just done the 1 week review of Divine Intervention podcasts instead, would've been better than this.

Don't waste your money with this program
This program just wants your money from poor medical students.

I am sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, providing services costs money, so we have to charge for them. We wish you the best!

I do NOT recommend
Wasted $2000. If you need a motivational speaker, this is great. But for content review - too many mistakes, bad explanations, lots of gimmicks. The "book" they send you is very poorly put together. So many spelling errors throughout the course - seriously, how hard is it to look up a word you can't spell?!?! Some of the many examples: "Thallesemias," "Mediterainian," "Liscenced" - I wish I was making these up, I took screenshots to send to my friends. The OMM instructor doesn't even have access to any question banks and picks a random student to open their personal question bank for the entire class to use that day. If you're the type of person who can easily be convinced to join a cult, this is perfect for you, and you will love and worship Dr Francis as many in my class did. He will bring in former students for their "testimonials." Otherwise, stay away. If you're an atheist, stay away - the first line on his first slide will say "Believe in God." When doing morning questions together, he will take credit for questions that a student answers correctly, but blame the student for the ones wrong. He doesn't know ANY histology - he'd repeatedly exclaim, "I don't like pictures." By the way, "Morning Questions" is doing questions from either Amboss or UWorld; one student at a time thinks through a question in front of the rest of the class. If Dr Francis knows the answer he will pretty much push the student towards that answer so that at the end of the session, the score will look good. The entire course is an advertisement for himself, he will brag nonstop about how great and smart he is, and the last lecture will include his life story, when he saw Jesus, and all his heroics. He will say that he doesn't care about money as long as students learn, but will not extend morning questions one week for those whose exam is only one week away (I'm in a group chat where several students asked to do this). Also he was always raising his voice in a patronizing preacher type tone. There were 2 other instructors who took over a couple of the classes but their heavy accents made it difficult to follow without captions (I grew up in another country and also speak with an accent). Stick to question banks (UWorld, Amboss, Combank) and learn from them on your own instead, or find another program. For me, this course was a waste of time and money. I feel bad writing this review and it took me several weeks to finally do it but I also don't want others regretting their choices like I am. Again, the majority of the students in my class thought this was an amazing course and can't say enough good things about it.

Be careful.
Do your research on the program, get a good consensus. The money spent here and the time given here was not worth the amount. Medicine isn't "patterns" and it isn't as easy as the instructors make it, and yes, we have to know how to test with patterns, but even then, Step 2 and 3 are clinical; not a rehash of Step 1 and adding one week of review. A lot of the information was things explained in Kaplan and UWorld explanations, which if you're auditory, then maybe this is for you. It was not for me, and the "cookie cutter one size fits all" approach to the teaching method made it feel no different from the medical school I was studying in; I wouldn't have come to you if I knew that this was not the method for me; would've just stayed studying at school.
I don't wish the worst on anyone, but i definitely want future students to beware. Medicine is serious stuff, and careers are sometimes on the line.
Be careful out there, guys.
