Dr Francis has completely changed the way in which I view medicine and approach patients. He made what can be the often grueling experience of studying for boards a motivational and interactive experience. I was excited each day to learn as he guided my transition from didactics to being prepared for clinical rotations. Because of Dr Francis I was able to efficiently combine everything I learned into a rhythm that made sense with the focus on understanding and not just memorizing.
