If I could give PASS program a higher score then 5 stars I would. Not only did I accomplish my goal of passing step 1 and 2, I made real friends and connections that will last a lifetime. What can I say about Dr. Francis, he is the best teacher and most authentic persons I have ever met. He is dedicated to get everybody ready for the exams and that is always the number 1 priority in this course. But I gained so much more than that. It is money well spent, you will get to know other future doctors from around the world. The greatest thing the program did for me is make me feel smart again, it gave me confidence im not scared of getting asked questions by any attending. 10/10 do recommend. The value that you get from the program far than exceeds its cost. (Also Dr. Francis is hilarious he could be stand up comedian, very light hearted) -Roberto M

I am someone who struggled through both the pre-clinical years, so I was well aware that I did not have a good grasp on the basic materials, so I decided to come to the Pass Program before I studied for and took Step 1 on my own. I know for a fact that I would not have been able to do this amount of prep and organization on my own. Yes the course is fast and condensed. Yes the information is overwhelming. Yes you will have long days and yes you will get behind. But more importantly, it is so so worth it!! Dr. Francis and the entire tutor staff will drill into you the most important concepts and are truly dedicated to your learning. You are recategorizing everything that you thought you knew by learning the patterns and clues. Before I started the Program, I was very rarely getting any UWorld averages over 35 or 40 but afterward my averages were trending upward 60’s. The drill instructors and sessions were phenomenal and a great tool for my growth at Pass. Not only was it a great way to get another pass through material, but it allowed for us to also prepare for being “pimped” on rotations. Confidence is key and I definitely gained a lot from these drill sessions. Overall, every tool and rule they give you at Pass was helpful. I highly recommend the program to anyone trying to find a foundation and Pass these exams!

The morning questions recorded sessions are Excellent. Dr. Francis engages with knowledge, wisdom, and humor. There are also testimonials from previous students. One day soon, I will be one of the many students Dr Francis taught/inspired into a successful medical practice, that he has never met. Thank You!!

For me personally, as I had a time constraint, a holistic, brief, and complete review of medicine in general was immensely helpful.changed my perspective on how I approach a question now and focus on understanding a concept better with techniques given by Dr. Francis.In any case, if you miss a lecture, the flexibility of watching the missed classes at home is super helpful.The break-out rooms, conference rooms, and break rooms were my areas where I drilled comfortably with my study partners. Step 2 classes were great too.Dr. Diana goes out of her way to explain each of your doubts.Dr. Chacko is a great teacher; his classes are interesting and engaging. Dr.Francis is a person who deeply cares for his students and has solved our other logistical issues beyond the classroom too.I Highly recommend!!

First of all, Dr. Francis and his team genuinely care about the students, his team supports the students, and the students taking the course support each other and help with studying. The day flies by, because it is engaging, funny, and relevant. Dr. Francis does morning questions from Uworld, which translates to >80% on Uworld questions for most students. The only thing I regret is not taking this course sooner and more often. It is relevant no matter which step one is taking, and even relevant to specialty boards.

Dr Francis teaches patterns, which helps to reason through problems and cuts down on having to memorize facts. A definite A+!

**Long review ahead but I hope useful! - Good luck to everyone** I have successfully completed all three Step exams through the pass program on my first attempt. Dr. Francis is an exceptional educator, physician, and mentor. He equips you with comprehensive tools, not just knowledge, and genuinely connects with your heart and soul. This approach is the cornerstone of his program, making it truly special and unique. His belief in every student to succeed is sincere, and his authenticity shines through. I wholeheartedly endorse this program. To anyone unsure after reading this, any doubts should be put to rest! Id like to add anyone writing less than stellar reviews most likely did not follow the program the way he intended. Its very important to fully trust and follow the process. After 3 weeks you may feel like you're not getting anywhere then boom, you start noticing and connecting things you never were able to do before. Its also important to know that sometimes things dont fit in those patterns, and he explains that from the get go. Thats OK. Thats where utilizing qbanks will fill in those extras. You will be able to draw upon and apply these patterns quickly, and it will set you apart both as a medical student and resident because it shows you not only understand physiology, but pathophysiology and why we do what we do to help treat patients! However, Ive seen some people get impatient and quickly switch to First Aid only growing more frustrated, and some unfortunately dont pass. If you want to learn to approach medicine in a way you cant find anywhere else, and PASS*, this is the space for you. To all of you on this journey, I wish you the best!
