Was such a fun time, and party headphones made it the easiest process in the world! Had no issues with the equipment, so did not even have to use the help line. Shipped right to my door with easy to follow instructions. Easy to ship back as well since they had the return label included and instructions on how to schedule a pick up or drop off.
