My experience with Party Headphones was great! I've done several Silent Disco parties in the past and time was definitely the smoothest and most affordable experience. I had to change my order amount kinda last minute and customer service was very responsive and helpful. It was great that the crate was delivered directly to my address. The headphones and transmitters looked and worked great. Returning the crate was also so easy because all the return labels and instructions were neatly organized and explained. Highly recommend!

Neighbors didn’t notice of the party!
I’m very satisfied with the experience. I asked for the service for my birthday and everybody had a great time! Usually my neighbors call the cops because of the noise, but this time they didn’t even knocked my door! If you live in a place where neighbors usually stop parties, this service is excellent for you.

I have rented headphones from Party…
I have rented headphones from Party Headphones twice for our annual beach trip which has been a total hit!! Both times the rental request, set up and return process was easy. (Just make sure you have an Apple Lightening iPhone or adapter.) I look forward to continuing to rent from them and would recommend them to those interested in a Silent Disco.

Party Headphones made it so easy for me…
Party Headphones made it so easy for me to throw my silent disco party! They ship it out on time, they make it easy for you to ship it back, the process is just so smooth. They take care of everything! I didn’t experience any type of problems with the headphones, it was AMAZING!

Overall good experience
The headphones came early and everything was very easy to set up. The sound was better than I expected. However, there was a handful of headphone "duds" that simply didn't turn on, as well as the range was not nearly as long as advertised. Once you were farther than about 50 yards the headphones started getting staticky. But everyone loved the event and we had a great time.

Hey Ryan!
Thanks so much for the review, we are glad overall you had a good experience.
Usually, one or two headphones out of a hundred will turn on during the delivery process and will arrive with a dead battery. This is why we include extras to more than offset for those!
If you have a transmitter indoors, behind walls, or behind large objects, it will indeed reduce the Radio Frequency transmission distance drastically. Outside radio interference can also have a slight impact on distance, but it is usually not discernable. Over un-obstructed terrain, our transmitters work for up to 1500', or 5 football fields. I am not sure of exactly what your setup was, but we would love to see if we can help!
Could you email us at [email protected]? We looked for your contact record and could not find one under your name! We can help you figure out what was causing your transmitter broadcast to not go as far as you hoped, and to see if there is anything else we can do for you!
Thanks.
