We're sorry to hear that one of the transmitters you received was damaged and did not work. We always do our best to ensure that all equipment is in top-notch condition before it leaves our facility, but sometimes things happen in transit that are beyond our control. We're glad that we were able to send out a replacement quickly, but we understand that the sign-only delivery requirement by UPS caused some delay and inconvenience for you. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused and will do our best to make sure this doesn't happen in the future.
