Me da went up and had screenshots from THEIR website to show them and ask for help, the woman was very rude and unhelpful, he then went to other staff and the response was always the same. He didn’t have a clue what he was doing and just wanted help, if they even led him in a different direction it would’ve helped , but every one of them shot him down and he left very upset

This is only because I cannot give it no stars. Ordered over 100 dollars of balloons to be delivered to my dying friend in the hospital....wanted to flood her room with color and Christmas balloons....they were all delivered uninflated. I am furious about this and when I called customer service she said I had to choose the option for delivery well obviously I did because they were delivered to a hospital and uninflated. what an ass I look like thank you party city.....NEVER AGAIN WILL I WALK INTO YOUR STORE!

Please be aware of merchants such as this. Share this information!!! I made a purchase at Party City on October 31st. Read the return policy. It must be returned by October 24th to get your money back or you will receive a store credit. But they sold it to me on October 31st!!! If it is NOT seasonal you have 30 days to receive a full refund!! I was forced to accept a store credit. Corporate backed it up!!!
