Bought a replacement lower rack for a GE dish washer. It came, it didn't fit - lower wash arm hit u[ against the wheel assembly and would rotate. l wanted to return the item, which I could do, but it would cost me return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I priced return postage at both USP and USPS and it would cost more to return than it cost to buy. They should not advertise that it's a replacement part, when clearly it is not. Anyone buying the item will be out their money as it doesn't fit the GE model it was intended to replace. Mine's going in the recycle pile and I'm out my purchase price. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

If I could give them no stars that would be too many. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE BONE HEADED IDIOT RUSSIAN MAFIA CROOKS!!! Yes you might get your parts, but if you need to return something or need other help correcting an order Customer Service consists of a cell phone rarely answered and with no voicemail. JOHN will drag his feet and offer BS excuses til the cows come home in hopes you give up and forget about your money. The only "manager" "doesn't talk to customers." Total sham organization. Took me four months of calls and emails and a threat of legal action to get a simple refund. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! When or should I say IF the parts come they come invoiced from another business. When you return something, it will go to yet a third business. Classic circular fraud. These guys are crooks!!!

worst customer service. I ordered parts two weeks ago and called many times to see if they shipped or not. After two weeks wait, they told me its on back order for another two weeks. These scammers couldn't tell me that before they charged me for it?

Poor experience, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I didn’t receive one of the [expensive] parts for my fridge, but a completely different part that I didn’t order instead. Emailed customer service w photos and was told that they are checking with the warehouse. 11 days later followed up with an email. No response. Called customer service and was told to email with photos (which I did almost 2 weeks prior). Was advised an email by end of day. No email. Emailed 2 days later, no response. Called. Line was busy/disconnected. Emailed again requesting replacement. PartsIPS emailed a refund for $12.60 (the cheapest part received). Emailed back requesting replacement part and ACTUAL cost of the part. PartsIPS emailed back remaining refund for part. Awful customer service. I didn’t even get the option for a replacement part—not that I would have trusted them to mail it anyway…

I advise you before making any purchase with this company that you read there return policy. I purchased a part from this company and less than 24 hours I tried calling and emailing them to cancel that purchase. Had to contact UPS and have them return to sender. They charged me $60 for shipping and restocking fee.

Terrible!! I purchased 2 refrigerator door bins not knowing you can't use them in more than one slot in the row of door bins. I called 10 times and no one ever answered. I ended up leaving a message explaining and asking for help so I can size slot 3&4 in the door. I sent an email asking for help with sizing the bottom bins but all I received was an email saying I would be charged 20% restocking fee. The cost for 2 door bins was $112.77, each cost $45.96 and I was refunded less 20%, 36.76 and it cost $16 57 to ship back the wrong item. What a waste of time and money dealing with this company. I DON'T SEE HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS, WHERE'S THE BBB ?

I should have read the reviews. Run away. You better have no issues and be 200% sure the part you order is correct. Otherwise you will lose your money and your time. They are not a normal honest business they are shady and profit from the lack of help. Plus they make you return to WA state to discourage you from returning. Think about the shipping you will have to pay if you need to. You have been warned!

If I could put -5stars I would they list stuff on there website with the picture of product with part number but sent me the wrong part and when I talked to someone they said they sent what I ordered according to part number but the problem is they have the picture of what I need listed with the same part number so how could I get the wrong part this place need to stop cheating people out of money when you return anything they charge 20%restock fee witch is a rip-off all because they messed up I will never order from here again and if I would have read all the bad reviews I would have never ordered from here in the first place Partsips sucks
