I ordered a part based on part number and picture on their website. The part I received was not the part pictured. I contacted them by phone and the rep was short and told me to use the website. All I got on the website was a comment that said our return policy is to charge me for certain fees and if I wanted a partial refund then I had to pay to ship the part back. I tried several times to appeal to their want to have a satisfied customer since the error was on their end. They wouldn't budge and even when I shipped the part back I got less in refund then they said they would refund me. I would not recommend this company.

DO NOT & I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! They show to have the items in stock but they do not! I placed an order on 10/2 and expected it that week or the week after. Come to find out after I called in a week later they didn't even ship it out yet! They said it will ship out soon then hangs up on me! Call in again the week after that and told me it will ship sometime soon. I had enough so I told them to cancel the order and refund me both by phone and email. Its been 4 days since that request and no refund or any indication they want to refund me. Scam website! Stay away! Dishonest people

I ordered two parts for my refrigerator, and received confirmation of my order. The next morning I received notice that my order had been cancelled and refunded, with no further explanation. I went back on line and found that they had raised the prices on these items substantially.

They are a horrible company to deal with. I was sent the wrong part and not only was it the wrong part i have to pay to ship it back and pay for them to restock it. I tried to speak to someone over the phone and they told they would send me a return shipping label and i should receive it within two days. After not receiving it i called them and i was asked if i sent an email and i said not only noy did i send an email but i spoke to a representative. So now i am out the shipping cost plus a restocking fee for an item that they send me and was incorrect. Dont buy from them
