My order number is 35518 for a total of $94.76. I place the order on 10/22/18. According to the wed site it said processing. The money has hit my card on 10/22/18. I have called two time once on 10/29/19 and again 10/30/18. Both time someone told me they would check on the order and call me back. No one has called or me mailed me with the shipping info. I need this parts to do my work. This is the first time I have order from this site. I hope this is not the normal way customers are treated.

Well, wish I had found these reviews before I bought a part from these idiots. Bought a refrigerator gasket and although the part arrived in a relatively timely manor, it is a poor excuse for a gasket. I called to request a refund and the guy tells me I have to send an email and the warehouse has to do I don't know what and someone has to approve the return, etc... I asked why he couldn't just do it over the phone and he tells me I have to do it that way, so I do. Early this morning (a Saturday) I get an email informing me of their return policy. THAT'S IT! Nothing about, what steps to take next or this what's going to happen, nothing. And in the return policy it states that you need to get an RMA # and i'm like, what the heck did I do when I sent the email stating I wanted to make a return? Isn't that when they are supposed to issue an RMA #?? Well, since it's Saturday, no one is picking up on the phone, but I will keep trying because I think, like everyone else has said, these are bunch of scammers and if not scammers, they have no idea what they are doing.....

Ordered microwave handles from them. 2 weeks no shipping, called, guy says has to check warehouse, never calls back. Called next day same thing. Called again asked to speak to supervisor, there isn't one! So he is just a drop shipper. Cancelled order. What the heck man. Not how you do business.

This company is so bad at what they do or should i say THESE SCAMMERS, the guy that answers the phone is the same guy every day. I have demanded a refund and they even said they would refund the money. I have currently reported the site to IC3. If anyone deals with parts ips they are stupid. Please report to FBI ic3 fraud website.

Scam - I called to find out shipping times and why they’re charging a ridiculous handling charge amount for such a small part. He wouldn’t check stock and couldn’t confirm when the part would ship. He just kept saying I would have it in 5 business days. Then i read their website in full and only a fool would participate in their shinanigans. Basically they charge you shipping and handling and the part. They don’t know when it will ship. It may or may not ship via UPS. They have the right to change the total of your order without notifying you first. It may or may not even be an item that they sell. Fraud - scam - non USA company.

I'm so furious with this company. My order got cancelled refund says it will come 7-14 days that's right there is unacceptable for a refund. Well I tried to reorder the part and it was trying to charge me even more then when I first ordered it. So I called them and the guy who answered was so freaking rude I have NEVER experience anything like that. I'm already mad they stole my money they are trying to charge me extra for the same product and instead of just fixing the issues he is mean like are you kidding me?? I was unable to speak to a supervisor or anyone besides him he hung up on me. I'm going to take the man's job or get the company shut down. This is 100% unacceptable this is not okay and should not be able to do this.

Part # with pictured item did not match what they sent. WHIRLPOOL DISHWASHER RACK... Given run around by phone and website. finally getting hold of them they requested pictures which we sent. RETURNED item ( we paid shipping)...still have not heard from them...Shame on me for being duped out of $150....WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY....DISHONEST....SCAMMERS....
