I placed an on-line order, received a confirmation and then another email stating my order had been cancelled. I called to inquiry if the part was out of stock. "No" he said, we have raised the price. Failing to honor an order that was successfully completed is not acceptable. Their shipping and handling fees were already excessive, and now they are not competitive with the market. AVOID

I put in an order for a part that I can't find anywhere else except one other sketchy online vendor. PartsIPS cancelled it within an hour, the only message was "Thanks for buying from PartsIPS - Appliance Parts and Supplies. Order #[redacted] has been has been refunded. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account." So if it was a big order, they get an interest-free loan and I get to have my credit limit reduced? That's not a problem for me, but it's a very poor business practice. Oh, and the item is still listed in their store, but the price is now almost TRIPLE what it was before. They're apparently just scammy drop-shippers, and lazy ones at that.

Not ever purchasing again part does not fit and policy I must pay return shipping after paying $20 for shipping originally on a plastic piece weighing possibly 1 oz. no help on phone as to if my part is available without the prongs added on newest version. Advised to call Frigidaire which I did. 20% restocking fee as kwell

stay away from this part site they can't speak English very well I ordered the part they charged me $34 for Freight alone part was in Flames Quest must have weighed 8 oz they don't answer their emails took me four days to get a refund finally I've been in this business 36 years and self-employment 28 I like lots of parts from legitimate companies I'm sorry but this company is on my bad list no apologies nothing and they had back ordered the part and never notified me very sad when a company like this behave this way . how they stay in business I have no idea

I ordered a washing machine part and after accepting the order on a Saturday, it was cancelled without telling me. I received an email on Monday morning. I called and was told the price went up and they cancelled the order. I expressed that I had already ordered it at the advertised price and was told there was nothing they could do. I would NEVER order from these people again.

Placed order on a Saturday night. Received an order received email. Waited until Tuesday with no further communication. Called in twice and was told by the person on the phone "I need to call the warehouse to get information on your order". Was then told that they would call me at the end of the day. No return phone call. Called back on Wednesday. Same answer, "I need to call the warehouse to get information on your order". This is definitely a scam. Don't waste your time. Buy somewhere else.

Ordered parts for my stove. I received an email informing me that they could not ship my part without confirming my information. The billing address is different than shipping address. I replied by email, I have tried to call. No reply and no one answers the phone. They processed the payment that day. However it shows my order is pending. It's a scammer, I believe who ever was answering phone calls has decided to stop.

After I placed an order, they immediately charged my account. Wait for 5 days and the status of the transaction is "Not ship yet" and never mentioned when is the delivery date. I emailed many times to cancel order and no responses. I called many times. The same person answered the phone. He told me it is going to be canceled today. It never happened. It is a scam.
