OMG I wish I had checked this site out before buying parts for my refrigerator. Their customer service is horrible. After waiting a few days and not getting a shipment notification I tried to email them to find out when it was going to ship. No response. I then tried to call their number, it rang for ever and never got answered. I tried for three days. On the forth day I finally got someone in India and when I asked when the order would ship they told me it will be in a week. No specific date or any details. The other aggravating thing is they charged my credit card. Most companies don't do that until the item has shipped. I'm going to see where we are at next week but I don't have a lot of hope. I suggest you stay away from using these guys.

LOOK - 75% BAD REVIEWS!! I'm glad I did the research before I bought from this clown. He needs to be arrested for ripping people off. A BIG Thank You to everyone who posted a review. This guy needs to be off the web and out of business!

I wish I had found this site before making a purchase with Parts IPS. I ordered a latch for my dishwasher and have been charged, but I honestly believe I will never see this component. I waited about 2 weeks before calling. When I finally did, just like every other reviewer has said, I talked to a man who had no interest in helping me. He told me he would check on my order and call me back before the end of the day. I waited 2 more business days before calling again. He tried to say the same thing. I demanded an answer, because I have seen the reviews on this page, but he still told me to call back in 2 hours. I have a job. I couldn't make that happen. So, I gave him 24 hours to figure it out. I had to call multiple times, and I'm positive I am being ignored. Save you time and your money. Do do business with this fool!

RIP OFF, do not buy from this guy. I say guy, because it is one dude that has created a deceptive website. He takes your money, does not deliver the product and rips you off. I ordered something on 5/8/19 and was told it would be to me in 5-7 days. When I called back on 5/21/19 and spoke to the same guy, he said it would be a month and I canceled the order. I then e-mailed the "company" to have my money refunded and I still have not gotten the refund. Today is 5/28/19. When I called that guy again, he said to e-mail the company again.

This place sucks to say the least.The indian guy on the phone cursed me out and suggested I do business some where else.I wish I could give 0 star

I wished I researched this company and read the reviews before I ordered a dishwasher part. This company if that is what you call them, is absolutely awful!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE A SCAM! Reading through other reviews I am experiencing the same thing. A man with a very strong accent that you can barely understand. He was rude when I called to check on status of an order. He kept saying a supervisor will call me back. No call back. No reply to email. I called back again.... asked to have order cancelled and refund my money ASAP. He mumbled something about supervisor will review order and cancel and will see return in my banking institution in 5-7 days. Then immediately hung up. Guess what.....no funds into my bank within those days. I highly doubt I will see that money again. I have to cancel my debit card and order a new one because this scam artist has my debit information. One review suggested to report this company to the FBI ic3 Fraud Website. I will be reporting to them. As well to the BBB. This company needs to be shut down. If you have been scammed by this company I highly recommend reporting them to the FBI ic3 Fraud Website. Lesson learned, research companies before purchasing online.

Worst online experience I’ve ever had. The totally ripped me off by selling me a $50 part that they wouldn’t allow me to return. I just threw $50 in the trash! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. NO INTEGRITY. I wish I would have read the reviews on them so it’s my fault. You have been warned.

I ordered a part from these people on February 10 and received it on March 19. They will not refund me 100% or the $20 shipping. They want a $20 re-stocking fee. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere. I actually got the part cheaper on amazon because I didn’t think these people would ever send it.
