DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give NO stars I would. This company is terrible and very unprofessional. I ordered a part and never received it. My CC was charged. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. I was promised FREE same day shipping. Now a month later no part.I was also charged $18 in shipping.

I wish I had searched for a review of partsips before I ordered a part for my dehumidifier. They sent me a completely different part than what was shown on their web page. I emailed their "contact" address three times but didn't get any reply. I called their support number 315-314-2092 which an Answering Service answered... saying I need to contact the part manufacturer! I would give them -1 stars if I could. What a ripoff and waste of time and money... with no hope of getting a refund!

0 stars. Awful. Ordered filters July 2019. Order said processing for a month. emailed the company and received 2 emails with no apologies. Just 'eta early September'. It's early November and still no filters.

Don't use this place. I ordered a refrigerator part, it arrived damaged, and they refused to send me a replacement. If it were an option, I would give them 0 stars.

I ordered parts for my dishwasher and used Partsips as the cost was lower. They still had not shipped the items one week later. When I ordered the site said the parts were in stock, no back order notice of any kind. I kept checking still not shipped.I emailed, no response. I feel that this is a horrible site, with terrible service. I would not trust them, and will use anyone else even if I have to pay a few dollars more. Had to go to my credit card to get my money back.

I oredered 2 glass shelves from them based on the model number on the back of the fridge and several other websites and made sure I had the correct part. I paid $29.00 for them including shipping. The shelves are too short, they fell out. I emailed them for a refund and got their refund policy, you pay shipping. $62.00 at the post office, for $30 worth of wrong parts! I'll keep them and order the correct ones from a different website. Look elsewhere..they are the cheapest site, sooooo...

Scam Alert! Scam Alert! We ordered few parts few weeks ago. No answer to phone calls and emails. Someone picks up the phone when they feel like it but have neither customer service manners nor do anything to ensure delivery. After waiting for no delivery for few weeks, I'm requesting a chargeback on credit card used for payment. Stay away from this scammer.

Ordered a part. Within the hour, I called to cancel the order. I was told to send an email to cancel. The item showed up at my doorstep 3 days later. Now trying to get a return authorization number. Was told to submit a request by email. Now they send me a Return Policy. Called the company. Same dude answers every time. He just says the same thing. "must send email." Now he refuses to answer the phone and has already hung up on me twice. No resolve in sight. Contact BBB
