"BEWARE" I bought an expensive control panel for my microwave. when it arrived the box had the right part number on it but the part inside was not the right part. I contacted them and the wanted a photo so i sent it then they said they would pass it to the refund department and then they "ghosted me" I called them and they answered once and told me that the "refund department" would contact me. From then on when I called they hung up. I have sent many emails but no answer.

Run!! Do not order from this company. Cooktop knobs wouldn't work properly on my cooktop model, even though knob configuration was the same. I requested return authorization; they emailed instructions but I returned to wrong address; I sent parts back to PartsIPS instead of sending to company THEY ordered from. When I wrote then, they said they wouldn't refund any money because I sent to wrong address...what?!! I sent items back and Im still out cost of parts!! Who treats customers like that?!!!

I order some furnace filters they had a really great price. 7 weeks later no filters even after they told me on the phone they are going out next week. They told me this twice. I now sense a fraud, so i contacted American Express and they gave me full credit and are going to handle the entire situation with them directly. I strongly recommend that you call your credit card company to get your money back. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THE BEST AT BEING THE WORST.

Ordered a new thermocouple for my wall heater. The part I received after 2 weeks was defective. I requested a refund and was given a list of what was required. I would end up losing money with their non refundable excessive shipping charges, required return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Maybe that's how I ended up with a defective part if they restock defective parts. Avoid this company!

Horrible customer service! No clarity on what's going on.. Waited 3 weeks for parts that I never received and emailed 3 times and called twice in order to get my refund back. Would not do business with this website again!!!!
