I ordered my part on 3/31/2020. I received my part on 4/1/2020. It was exactly what I ordered. I could not expect more. I would recommend this company.

Order a whirlpool washer part for a good price and received it in 4 business days.So no argument's from me I would order from here again if needed.

I ordered my part on 9/3/19. It was shipped the same day and I received it today 9/5/19. The guy you talk to on the phone is a moron so I emailed them and got a response in 9 mins with a ups tracking number. You cant always read into everyones comments cause there are just some people that are never happy with anything no matter the outcome....them soul sucking devils

I was nervous after reading some of these reviews, but this company is awesome. I ordered a grille kick plate for my refrigerator that I couldn’t find anywhere. The price was more then I wanted but it came within a week of me ordering! I called the customer service number to make sure my item was in stock and the guy was friendly and said my order was being shipped shortly and they’d send an email. Next day I got an email it had been shipped and it came a few days later! Very happy with my purchase and would buy from them again.

I was cautious about ordering from this website because of the other (very negative!) reviews, but I determined that the amazing price was worth the risk. And it was! I received the replacement glass top for my Jenn Air range 2 days after ordering. And as I said, the price was by far the best I could find. As with any website there will be a mix of experiences, but mine was very positive.

So I ordered a fridge door shelve, 2 plastic shelve inserts and a new fruits tray all for my fridge that had broken over time due to wife and kids. The price was roughly half of the parts off of legit sites like Amazon etc. I checked and rechecked to make sure I had the right part numbers. I placed my order and then found all these reviews. I figured I'd been scammed and was out a hundred bucks. It took like 2 months for the parts to arrive so long in fact I forgot I had made the order. Then a giant box showed up with all the parts. They all fit my fridge perfectly and I'm a happy camper.
