Wow! I ordered parts for my GE double oven after 4:00 pm one day and they were delivered the next day by 10:00 am. I must say, I was a little bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I am a happy customer.

I was hesitant to order, after all the negative reviews, but all worked out well. I got my parts at a great price, and the shipment was made quickly. Small gripe. I called their phone number and was called back by someone who said that he noticed I called and was there anything he could help with. I said that I just wanted to make sure the parts were in stock (like the website said) and when it would ship. He said he would check into it and get back to me. He never did, which led me to be suspicious. But, in the end, everything worked out well, to my surprise.

I don’t know why this company has such bad reviews. I placed two separate orders with them and had a great experience. I’m sure most of the one star are fake because the pricing on this site can’t be beat by anyone. The support number seems like it works best from a landline. It took a few tries but I got through to someone every time. I would highly recommend this company. If you place an order that is not in stock you can contact them and either wait for the back order or they will refund your purchase.

I ordered a part 3 days ago from Partsips. After ordering and not receiving an email notification, I did a review search for Partsips. The reviews, in most cases, were not very good. Yesterday, I called the company and spoke to a gentleman. He informed me that my item had been shipped. Today I received the item. The price was the best and delivery was extremely fast. I would highly recommend the company.

Despite all the bad reviews here my experience was excellent. The prices were about 40% less than others and my parts were shipped the same day I ordered even though I placed the order at 4:15PM EST. The two parts came from two different warehouses but both arrived two days later.

I was hesitant to order from this vendor due to all of the negative reviews, but I needed an ice bucket for my refrigerator and whirlpool wanted 2x the cost compared to Parts IPS. I got exactly the part I needed, and it arrived via UPS 2 days after placing the order. It seems like the negative reviews here mainly have to do with return situations. If you are certain on what part you need, I'd definitely order from this vendor again.

They had the parts I was looking for and I took a chance and ordered before I read the reviews. As it turns out I couldn’t disagree more with the negative reviews! I had the parts in my hands (exactly as advertised) for a great price and in two days! I can’t speak for everyone but my experience was great!

First time with PartsIPS - have nothing to say but good things about my experience. The two(2) parts that I ordered for my Amana washing machine came within one(1) week - exactly what I ordered and what I needed and as described in your website - also the lowest price on the internet. Look forward to dealing with PartsIPS in the future.
