Should have read these reviews first. They sent me the wrong part, asked for photos, and then told me they would give me store credit for the part if I sent it back at my own expense. I have no intention of ever doing business with them again, so I absolutely do not need store credit. And to ask that I pay for return shipping when they sent the wrong item is essentially fraud. Stay far, far away!

Keep Away!! They show parts in stock, take your money then string you along about "checking in to it" when you call and will call you back. They never do. Many people have reported them and I'm reporting to the NY Attorney General's office.

They delivered parts on time and at a good price. I needed to return the parts because I decided to trash the fridge and buy a new one. Phone and email communications were poor and/or non-existent. The guy who answers the phone does nothing other than tell you to send email. They told me to return the parts to a third party (who had drop-shipped the parts). I did that and sent them the UPS tracking page showing the return. They did not respond to that email. I called them and the guy said "send an email and the manager will issue a credit". Apparently I will need to contest this with my credit card company.

These people do not answer the phone and dont ship your parts. They say you will get a call back today or you will get a response today and never have they actually done that.

Purchased a fridge door seal. It did not fit and started to come apart as I tried to install it. Contacted company for a refund, they ignored me. Complained to my credit card company B of A, they where useless too... Avoid both these companies.

Worst ompany took the m,oney right away told me my parts will be shippeed in 3 days its been two months !! two months and no parts every two weeks they said another date they will ship it i would be worried to place an order with them,

I ordered 2 burner drip pans for my stove which did not fit so I requested a return label to return them but I was told I had to pay for shipping in addition to a 20% restocking fee which meant that besides the $12.99 shipping that I had already paid I would have to pay it again on a product that only costs $25. I would basically be paying for the product twice by returning it and only getting $7 back. That's the way these people make money. They don't care about the customers and are out there just to scam people. I will never order again from this company and sure hope it goes out of business

Dont buy parts. They dont deliver. They string you along for months saying the parts are on back order. If you decide to buy parts and you dont get them in 2weeks get a refund. Or file a claim on your credit card for a refund. Otherwise they stop responding and you are out of the window to file a claim with the credit card company
