I ordered a part for my oven, it was the wrong part so I called the same day that I hired this guy to install this part. They told me the information for returns will be emailed that same day. It took two week for them to send me return instructions. I still haven't received my refund for this part and it's been more than a month since I ordered. I'm asking everyone who's thinking about ordering from Partsimple, don't do it. IT'S A SCAM!!!

Don't shop here, order from someone else. I placed an order and it never arrived FedEx says it was delivered. Part simple says ask neighbors. Of course I did that before contacting customer service. I ask them a time frame of how long for FedEx to investigate can they send another part. Poor service reply they will ask FedEx to open investigation. I again asked about what to do I didn't get what I paid for. They said for me to contact FedEx that I didn't receive my package. Very lame service now that they have my money they don't care about whether I received my order. I asked for refund and have been ignored. Not happy save yourself order from someone else who offers customer service. I posted this to help anyone concerned about whether they should order from here. Buyer beware

I bought a main board for my refrigerator from Part simple on 7/24/15. The part stopped working on 1/26/16. I called customer service and spoke with Nancy. She said since there is a letter R after this part it means it is a refurbished part and it has only 6 months warranty not one year. Also since it was shipped to me on 7/24/15 this part is out of warranty and nothing they can do. I said first of all when I bought the part, I didn’t know it was a refurbished part and it wasn’t mentioned on the web site or my emails or on the receipt that this is a refurbished part. If I’d known this part is refurbished I would never have bought it. I also said if it has only six months warranty, I’m still within the 6 months warranty because it was shipped ground and I received it on 7/28/15 and you should honor the warranty. She said the warranty starts from the time of shipment and not the time of I received the part. I told her this is not right and we as customer shouldn’t be penalized for shipping time that it is also mentioned on the web site that would take 5-7 days before get to the customers. I asked to speak with the manager, she said manager is not available and I need to call later. I called again later on and Nancy picked up again (I believe she is the only customer service rep working there) I asked to speak with manager; she said manager is sick and not in today so I left my number for her manager to call me. I didn’t hear from anyone so I called the next day and again Nancy picked up and put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me. At this point I’m thinking of buying what I need from somewhere else and take the matter to BBB. I wouldn’t suggest this site to anyone and will shop elsewhere.

i ordered a part and paid with my credit card. 5 days later they cancelled my order. i called and they said the company they get it from sold out. my question is what kind of people start a company to play middle man like this. answer - same people who run shoddy businesses that cant see through agreements. very disappointed. their mistake cost me time and money.

I ordered an item Sunday morning at 8:06 a.m. that was not described as "refurbished" until I received the confirmation email. I sent a cancellation notice at 9:16 a.m. On Tuesday morning, two days later, I received a shipment notice and tracking information. The order had been processed Monday evening, so the cancellation notice of the used item was not processed. After several complaint emails to Partsimple, I did receive a refund for the item itself, but the shipping and handling fee was not returned.

Ordered an item almost a month ago that has yet to ship. The shipping date is now over a month after my purchase date. I would cancel the order, but that's against their policy, so I guess I'm just out of luck. Definitely would not consider using this company again.
