I ordered a circuit board that failed 3 weeks after the warranty expired. I gave them an opportunity to make it right but they said there was nothing they could do because it was so far out of warranty. 3 weeks! If you use them, plan on having to reorder your parts every 6 months.

Believe the negative reviews. I was skeptical, because maybe I'm a little naive. I use a lot of parts sites, just not typically appliance parts. I was having difficulty locating a control board for an older GE oven, and lo and behold, it was available (WILL SHIP TODAY) on Partsimple.com. I placed the order and upgraded the shipping to overnight. Placing the order was simple, easy, and I had an order confirmation within seconds. They charged the credit card right away too. Only problem... they really didn't have the part. On the second day of NOT receiving anything, I inquired on the order status. They said they didn't have the part in stock. I couldn't even find the part using the part number off the invoice. I asked for them to cancel, and to have a confirmation of the cancellation. Oh - no... it doesn't work that way, because we need to contact the manufacturer and cancel with them. No they don't! They either normally carry the part or they lie about their inventory. In either case, my money doesn't need to be held up, because of their shady business practices.

Prices on this sight was much cheaper than any other but I was concerned about legitimacy so I called this morning to ask questions during regular business hours and voicemail picked up stating they were closed which prompted me to read reviews definitely dodged a bullet, positive reviews are likely fake/ fabricated... suspect operation for sure price tipped me off ..

I cancel my order. The cancelled order sits on their desk from Saturday morning until Monday night when they decide to go ahead and ship the item anyway. 10 days later my part arrives. I pay $$$ for return shipping. PartSimple receives my item ( as seen by USPS tracking). No credit gets issued. I am forced to dispute transaction with paypal's resolution center. This is how they do business

I was afraid this might be a scam, and sad to say I got scammed. The part I got from them was for a stove display and It didn't work. I returned it thru there return system and for several months I never got a credit back, after calling them they said my return was rejected . They said they would look into it and haven't heard from them again.

Dont order parts here. Ordered microwave mount kit on 5 July and still no status on 10 July even after calling customer service three times and emailing also. When you call to cancel they send an email will take two business days before they know if you can cancel. Order from amazon, with free shipping from amazon its 10 dollars cheaper and youll have your part before these folks even process your order. Save yourself some hassle and dont order from here.

This company is apparently generating their own positive reviews to sucker people in. They take your money for a part and then sit on it (apparently drawing interest) with no part delivered. I inquired about a part I ordered over 4 weeks ago and I got a response that it's on "back order", and that they don't/won't give an ETA. This back order excuse/scam appears a lot on reviews and complaints against Part simple. Beware - Part simple will take your money with no intention of delivering actual goods.
