I ordered a replacement logic board for a Craftsman garage door opener and received it in about 4 days. As it turned out the part I received was defective. I contacted them using their on line chat and they mailed a replacement that very day. Again, I received the part in about 4 days and installed it. The part works perfect and I was impressed with the effort and service provided.

I ordered a main circuit board (EBR34917104R) for my LG refrigerator in the late afternoon on Friday, June 2, 2017, and I was pleased when the part arrived on Wednesday, June 7. The company emailed me with the Federal Express tracking number on Monday, June 5. The remanufactured part was about 70 percent the cost of a new one via Amazon, which I first ordered but canceled when Amazon informed me it was back-ordered until October. Partsimple also provided free shipping. I installed the new card on Thursday and the fridge worked great. I could not be happier with my experience.

Ordered replacement part for Kenmore washing machine on 5/1 ground shipping. Received on 5/4. Installed on 5/5 - works perfectly. It is a "certified refurbished" part. I paid $99. - all other vendors charge about $295. for new. Considering age of washing machine, it made no sense to install a new part. I had serious reservations before ordering based on reviews; however, consider that most people who leave reviews are venting about some issue, (I believe most of these issues are self inflicted). Partsimple saved me having to buy a new washing machine - that's huge!

I purchased a part for my 1 1/2 yearold Kenmore refrigerator from PartSimple after a grueling 2 week fight with Sears, their repair service (operated outof Columbia, I no speaky thr Spinich), the product manufacturer whirlpool, etc. Based on a diagnosis by a paid repairman I ordered the Mother of all Boards from PartSimple who sent it promptly. I installed it and wallah!!! It did fix my blinking LED LIGHTS. I call PartSimple and lo and behold, no hassle return with a full refund. I turned to the next best diagnostic source I had at my disposal. YOU TUBE. The guy there, even though he wasn't standing in my kitchen told me the part to order (from PartSimple at 60% of the cost of the part from Sears). Order it I did and WALLAH. It cured my LED LIGHTING PROBLEM. When, not if, I have more problems with Sears appliances or any other appliances for that matter I will call my new friend in the business PartSimple and I would advisd anyone else to do the same.

I had my Thermador Oven Module remanufactured by Part Simple and the turnaround time was 6 days, unbeleiveable. The 16 year old oven works like a charm now. You can even see the display now, was very dim before. I am a very happy customer and would recommend Part Simple to anyone who needs an electronic module repaired.

I had a problem with the board ,not once but twice. The company did not give me any problems on getting my refund whatsoever and they were very polite each time that I had called. I have spent a lot of money with this company and I intend to keep on doing so. Parts simple is definitely all about their customers service. I was having problems with my Kenmore washer giving a F1 code when trying to wash cloths. The problem started out as every once in a while and moved to 4,5,6 times per cycle. I did some research and found that the most likely problem was a bad control board so I got online to see if I could find one. The place I found that had a fair price and delivery was PartSimple so I ordered the board. I ordered a Kenmore / Whirlpool Laundry Washer Control Board W10189967 / WPW10189967 on Jan 14 '17 and it was delivered on Jan 18. It took me about 30 mins to install the control board. When I applied power to the machine I got a code 6U which is, according to the manual, to do with the door lock. I tried several times to start the machine with the same results. I double checked the wiring connection and they all appeared to be correct. I immediately contacted Parts Simple and let them know the problem and they said they would send me another part the very next day. I went back to the machine to start taking that control board back out and as I was unplugging the wire connections I found one that did not seem as though it was seated completely. So I reseated this wire, making sure it was fully plugged in, and then plugged the rest of the wires back in. I then reapplied power and the machine was normal. I started a washing cycle and it ran completely through with no problems at all. I could not have ask for better service!

I read the reviews and looked closely at the order information and confirmation. The price for a Samsung modular ice maker for my GE Profile Refrigerator was $20+ cheaper than any other source and no shipping cost. I decided to take a chance and was pleased I now have a working ice maker in my frig. The shipping time was well within the time promised and reasonably packaged. I am 100% satisfied with my experience. I would take a chance with them again for the price savings.
