They were able to get my part to me quickly. But after discovering I had the wrong part I returned to the company. My package has been at the local post office there since Feb 22 waiting on someone from the company to pick up. They will not respond to my emails or phone calls. Very disappointed in this company as I have not even received a refund! Would not recommend to anyone! Horrible return service!

They show the original part when you make the research, and once you purchase it, they send a different one. The parts are not from the original brands even though you pay the price for an O.E.M one. My advise is: STAY AWAY from PARTSIMPLE.

Very unreliable. We are an appliance service company ordering 100's parts a month. We decided to test them and possibly add them as our vendor. We placed an order early morning and were promised that the order will be shipped out same day. The next day they said they are not sure if they will be able to ship the order on time (it's already a day late). Tomorrow is Saturday and they don't work during the weekend. Bottom line, they charged for an order they can't handle, and on top of that they are not sure they can refund us. That's almost a $300 order. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

PARTSIMPLE.COM. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a control board for my dryer. I entered my model number to order the part. They sent the wrong part for my dryer. I contacted them via email. Telling them they sent the wrong part. They said I ordered the part. I said they sent the part per my model #. They said the only way they would refund if the part was in the original package and hadnt been use. I said I have the bubble wrap and brown paper and box they sent it in and the only use was I installed it to find out it was the wrong part that was sent. Sorry no refund because the part has to be unused. Mind you they are the ones who sent the wrong part per their search engine. I will eat the $168, never to order anything from them again. I will stick with Repair Clinic. Yvette

I needed the part for my washing machine. Laundry piling up and sick family. I opted for overnight shipping. The following day I got my UPS tracking and......no information. I emailed them and got a terse response that any part ordered after three PM local did not make the truck and therefore is NOT TRULY OVERNIGHT SERVICE. There are no warning to this effect on the order or shipping page. BEWARE this practice. They do not state it.

There are plenty of parts warehouses and the shipping here is the worst. 2-day shipping apparently takes 5 days in their world. They have no way of telling the estimated arrival date on their website, so you just end up paying for nothing. I would have received the item on the same day without paying for 2-day because they took a day to ship it too. Go with one of the many place that ship same day.

Feb 14 2018 - Says orders ship after 1 business day which was not the case. Parts Simple later quoted 2 weeks! Save your time and shop elsewhere.

ordered part, wrong part in correct marked box, they said since i ordered wrong part i would have to pay return shipping , after many emails i said fine i will pay return shipping, sent thru ups, they delivered part, scammers refuse to refund money or send another part. I have learned my lesson to stick with local part dealer.
