This is a Great Company, One with Honesty & Integrity, Last year we had some control boards repaired for our Dacor double over which is no longer available for parts. It was great to know that these could be repaired by Part Simple. Last week I had a different issue with the clock on the oven, which I sent in for repairs along with the cost associated. Today I received a refund on my payment, When I inquired why, they had told me this was covered under the warranty. I did not expect any warranty... for them to refund on their own, this is a Great example of a Professional company! Thank-you PartSimple.com John G

After reading the previous reviews I was concerned about ordering. I ordered my part on Monday and received it Wednesday. I installed and it worked perfectly. I did not have any problem with ordering or shipping.

Ordered a control board for my neighbors GE gas oven since their broiler button was not working and the oven button was on the brink of going south for the winter. The control board arrived within 3 days. Partsimple sent me an email with the tracking number which was good to have (UPS Ground). The part was half the cost of a new one and I was a bit skeptical but I installed the part and all buttons worked and everything was back to normal. Whats interesting is that Lowes and Home Depot advised them to buy a new oven. Really! Thanks Partsimple and thanks Youtube.

I had ordered a replacement from part select (a different company). It was supposed to be new. It was refurbished (factory). So I sent my old part to part-simple overnighting it and 2 day back. Works like a champ.

Forget the people who complain about delivery time. The part I ordered for my Samsung washer was discontinued and they were able to refurbish it. 150$ versus 1200$ for a new washer I will call it a score.
