Ordered a refurbished main board for my range. The part shipped out that day even though I ordered it after 3:00PM. Received it the day after with standard, free ground shipping, UPS. This was two days before Christmas Eve! I installed the board, and it fixed the problem. Great experience!

My Jenn-air oven control panel went bad in my downdraft oven. Looked on the Jenn-air website and they no longer service or have parts. I took the old part out and sent to this company. They had it back to me in 5 days. Works great. They saved me $4000 for a new stove. They are awesome! Would definitely recommend them.

I needed a part for a Bosch microwave/convection oven that was no longer available and after dropping it off on Monday afternoon was informed on Tuesday afternoon it was ready for pickup. For $120 and about 30 minutes of my time, my appliance now works perfectly. I don't understand the negative reviews as my experience was no less than perfect. Will use again and will encourage those I know to check out their pricing before buying new or refurbished.

Thought I'd counter some of the negative reviews. Needed a control board for a 2 year old LG washer (E6 clutch error). Ordered the (remanufactured) part on Wednesday and received it on Friday. The part was correct and the washer is running again. I give 5 star reviews when I'm satisfied with a product. Couldn't be more satisfied with Partsimple. I would order from them again.

I have a side by side Kitchen aid Refrigerator Freezer over 12 years old quit working. The control board went bad and is no longer in production. I sent the control board to partsimple. They were reasonable, got the board back to me in a week. We had the board installed & our fridge is back up and running. We were VERY pleased with this company! Thank You. 😊

I needed a control board for a Maytag double oven repaired as the part was no longer in production. It was a very complex control board. I found Partsimple's website and ordered a rebuild and mailed it to them on October 21. They said it would be 2 weeks to rebuild and return. I actually received it back on October 28, only took 7 days. The part was completely rebuilt, had it installed and the oven works perfectly! They were not only FAST, they were reasonable. They charged $175 for a rebuild (with 1 year warranty) when a new board was $405. Can't say enough good things about partsimple!
