I ordered a control board and payed for two day delivery but never got tracking number or notification of part being shipped until i called to check and see where and if it shipped

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - ordered part for 2 day arrival. I gave the correct address. They emailed me it was still not correct, and then they sent another email saying part wasn't available, and I had to email them to refund the entire order, including the second-day air payment, all of this over 7 days

After reviewing the order, we can confirm that our team sent an address verification email on 05/13/2026 to ensure successful delivery. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response until 05/18/2026. At the time the order was placed, the part was available in very limited stock. Due to the delay in confirmation, the item was purchased by another customer before we could complete processing. We understand how disappointing this situation was, especially with expedited shipping selected, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused.
