Terrible customer service, and HIGH PRICES. I ordered a gas cap for my 63 Cadillac, because OPG put it on back-order, but an hour after I ordered from these geeks, I got notice that the order was being fulfilled. It was HALF the PRICE of this horrible company, so I tried to cancel Parts Geek - within a couple hours of ordering. "We can't help" Sorry. It had not shipped. No reason they couldn't cancel it. I WILL NEVERORDER HERE AGAIN. EVER.

Awful customer service. They sent the wrong part and would not accept responsibility and return. Even though it was outside of the 30 day window, a customer should not have to pay the price because of their mistake.

Inaccurate listing was for a dual row radiator, the one sent was a single row. After many calls to customer service for a return shipping label Partsgeek finally sent the label and refunded but denied the original shipping cost. Apparently Partsgeek is not accountable for mistakes on their website and the customer must take the loss

Like most say WAY overpriced shipping. I ordered a part and paid to have priority shipping. Being how the part came from Dallas TX (I live an hour and a half from there) I figured a day or 2 at the most. The cheapos used USPS and guess what? 5 DAYS. I will never use the Geek again. Rip Off. BTW, could have had it the next day at O'Riley's pick up at a store 10 miles from my home......and MUCH CHEAPER!

They way over charge for shipping. Ordered some small parts for the interior and charged $29 for shipping!😳.Ground should have been no more than $8.for some parts that fit in the palm of my hand. Then, they also want to charge you shipping insurance? LOL! If you don't receive your order, you're not liable for payment per normal shipping rules. Avoid this place if you can.

I got a belt for my 2009 Ford Ranger xlt v6 4.0l. It got here fast at a good price, and fits perfect. I accidently ordered 2, but instead of returning 1, I just put it in the truck just in case I ever need it. Thank you so much. Yall are so awesome.

Went on line to buy shocks & struts at Parts Geek. verified the parts by online via questions on the site with vehicle description. Received the items only to find out I ordered for a 4x4 and ours is 2x4. Called Parts Geek only to find out I can ship back and have to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Such a rip off. You pay $250 plus, then get $164 back and pay for shipping the wrong part back. What a great deal. Lesson learned. Many other places out there with better deals. Stay away from Parts Geek! Save money & their customer service sucks too.

Don’t order from partsgeeks! Terrible customer service ordered parts online sent the parts but didn’t fit my vehicle. Called and let them know. Had to pay for new parts again and was told I had to return original , ship at my expense. I sent part back with original receipt to be reimbursed for shipping like it said on website. Spent half a day arguing my case and they refused to reimburse me.
