False advertising about having an in stock. Then sends an email saying it will be like 3-4 months before.

I ordered 2 parts that were in stock. The first part took a month to come in. The 2nd part I'm told will be here by the end of the month thats 3 months later. Both parts were listed as in Stock!!!!

I made the order wenesday 6 july 2022 but now is Monday I paid $64 for second bussines days but still monday and do not recived the order...in other word you stolen $64 bad service

Funny thing is, I call and email multiple request to adjust my order and never hear anything back, but you guys have sent me so many review/survey requests I now feel obligated to answer one. Zero replies from customer service, on communication all I get are these annoying surveys.

Called and Emailed to confirm part would work But did not. Cost of part was $91.77 Refund was only $72!!! Rip off!! was asked to email customer service again. My review stands until I get a refund!

Didn't receive order, would not answer phone. Ordered about $580 worth of items, but didn't receive order, even though UPS showed that it was shipped. They could have used the wrong address to show that the order was shipped.

I ordered and paid for a quantity of 4 of an item and only received 1 item. I tried calling the service number and the gentleman that answered was very rude and hung up on me. He said my other parts are coming and hung up the phone. As of today I still have not received the rest of my order

First time customer. Ordered APW infinite controls for food warmers that were "in stock". A month later I inquired where my order was. Was told about a nationwide shortage. These were "in stock" on their website. I ordered what I wanted from Amazon. Received in less than a week. Contacted PartsFPS several times. Eventually recieved a package nearly 2 months after ordering. Wrong parts. Returned them. Never will do business with them again.
