Horrible customer service if you want to return anything. Making my return very complicated and giving me the run around. Don’t do business with this company. Seems like another deceitful, lying, scam company in my opinion.

I order 4 water valve for ice maker they send me only two but they charged for 4 and very hard to get contact with them and their phone is disconnected

I ordered a part for my ice maker April 1st and still not here I canceled it will never order another thing from them

It's been two weeks since I made my order, it's already paid for and it still tells me that my part is processing. I called customer service and they told me they would call me back, and they haven't. If you are going to make a purchase in this company please do not do it or you will lose your money and time.

It was quite unfair to me that due to an order error they have charged me $82 dollars, I have bought from them before and as a customer I was not given the opportunity to have an error, so I no longer reorder the part I need
