Order # 138284 I did not receive one of the items I ordered Called twice and was told both times they would see about it and call me back. Never heard a word

We ordered 6 parts for an urgent oven door repair. Instead, we were shipped a temperature probe for an ice machine. Not helpful. This company is unreachable by phone. They responded to emails eventually, usually in the middle of the night, after being informed that I was going to dispute the charge with our bank. And even then, instead of just giving us a refund for the parts they never sent us, or better yet sending us the parts we ordered and urgently needed, they sent us a return label to send them back their ice machine probe. All in all it was a big waste of our time, and we had to go to our bank to get our money back. Order from someone reputable and don't waste your time with these guys.

Placed an order for a part that was listed as "in stock" and could be promptly shipped (3-5 days). Got prompt confirmation of the order and the charge to my card.....and waited. After a week, I called twice (no answer either time) and emailed (twice)....AND just today finally got an email that the part is NOT in stock and would take an additional 2-3 weeks to get to me......canceled the order and won't use these folks again.......nope......

the order was for clip light cover which only recd 3 clips , still awaiting the package of 30 clips to complete the order. can you help with this order

I placed a order on September 25 and still haven't received it. I've called several times but after the first call they said they had to check on it and never called back. It's funny the first time I called I got a answer on the second ring so I must be in a do not answer list now. Needless to say I lost a good customer because of this scam. Warning do not buy from this place

I order 2 items and only one was shipped to me and was charged for 2 and called and emailed but no one replied nor answered the phone

We were given a diffirent items. We tried to contact them several times thru phone calls, and emails. It has been over a week since sent a follow up email , but did not get any response from them. I guess we'll just have to dispute the items. So sorry, but we tried to get their attention, and how they want us to return the items that we did not order, and we do not want to risk using it.

This is the third time I am purchasing Parts from this company and I have gotten robbed they took my money. I got no parts and they will not answer the phone. One of the time they said they would’ve refunded me over $300. I have yet to received it.
