On site showed they had part in stock after ordering and received confirmation number received another email that canceled my order would refund my payment in a few days to week looks like total scam beware

Very bad, No one answer phone and no replied of any email. They said next day shipping . it is more than a week i did not recieve my parts.

I ordered a sifter brush for a breading table which started to unravel a week later. I immediately called and sent them an email to have a replacement sent out and have not received any response back. I've called several times and they don't pick up. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

These people are scammers I believe. The man I spoke with was barely understandable with thick accent with rude demeanor. I placed an order for a Bunn part, very standard part and two weeks later their website says "Processing". When I called he said he would call the manufacturer to check on it. Never heard back. As I said, I believe they pray on people who order things and lose track and probably don't notice. There are people like that. I'm not one. Could have ordered the part from Webstrant and and had it a week ago for about same price.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. First of all they barely answer the phone and every time you tell them something their answer is "you have to send an email." I bought two parts and one of them was not the correct one that was shown in the picture when I bought it. Then, when I told them that I wanted to return it they were going to make me pay for the shipping (which I should not have to since THEY messed up on the order). Then, finally after having to fight the guy on the phone (which I had to call three days straight) they sent me a shipping label. Well... It has been almost a month and I still have not received my money back.

On GOOGLE SHOPPING they advertise FREE SHIPPING and NO TAX! However they is no such thing when you try to check out, so I called to ask if they offer this or not and was told no. Also I asked if they ship via USPS as advertised on their website and was told YES. I asked why that is at an option at check out and was hung up on. Called back and no one will answer!! Good luck with this company which doesn't even appear to operate in the USA as listed.

I placed an order with partsfps.com and paid for next day shipping. I called to confirmed my shipping address and called again the next day to check on the status of my order, I was was told to confirm my shipping address again and my order has not been processed yet. Buy your parts from some where else, you will not get it in time from partsfps. Don’t waste your time with them.

They advertise "No Tax" however when you go to check out they want to charge tax and then you have to send in more paperwork for them to refund the tax. My problem is the part I wanted to buy was for a fryer and in the state of Texas those parts are exempt from sales tax. If they want to follow the state tax code by collecting sales tax for a state then they should also follow the tax code and exempt parts shipping to said state that are to be exempt.
