never again. worst service ever. don't even know where to start. Nightmare .4 months later and zero response. no product I was promised and no refund and no response for that matter.

Phone number is for a verizon wireless and was "Temporally unavailable" most times when i called. The one time i did get a contact Sam said some one would get back to me by end of day. I asked when was end of their day and he said 7 easten. NO Call Backs. They did Not Send half of my order and no reason why.

Everything is terrible. Customer service was bad .I ordered twice with wrong item.

I needed to contact them regarding my order the phone number for the website does not work I’ve tried to email them and still no response and I still do not have my order ups said that the shipment was returned you would think that they would contact me to see what happened I’m very disappointed this is my first time using the service I don’t know if I will use it again

Your website showed all parts was in stock and still does,I ordered 3 parts and only recieved 2 and paid $92.00 to have over night and That stinks.

THE ELEMENT DOES NOT WORK

Customer service is bad and non responsive at times. Hard to get refunds. Website says pets are in stock when they are not. FPS will take your money when part is back ordered for months when they should bill you when part ships.

total fake, bought a piece a month ago and nothing, tried to called and and hindu person answer me, he told me im gonna check the statis and call you back....never happened, called again and no answer. sent email, no answer...im gonna sent messages through instagram and facebook to notice the people. this is not fair
