I was informed a part would fit a product so I ordered it. It, however, does not fit. I emailed about returning it on 10/23 and haven't received any information back.

The shipment was shipped to my billing address rather than to ship address.

The timing getting my order was good. But I called to ask about why I didn't receive the parts expected it was told they would call me back shortly. That was a week ago. The website picture of the part I needed didn't match what I was sent. A return call would have been appreciated.

Parts were not shipped NDA, after we paid for the NDA rate, item was purchased prior to 9 a.m. no reason item wasn't shipped out same day. Did not receive an invoice for purchase only order confirmation.

I have emailed 2 times to let you know that the order was missing a part. With no response.

Ordering was incredibly easy, and the product arrived promptly. However, it's unfortunate that the appliance we purchased the part for completely broke down before I received it. I decided to email them regarding the refund process, but received no response. When I called, the line went straight to voicemail.

Parts arrived on schedule. However, the item indicated that it came with brakes (photo shows brake). Left message for customer service and never received a call back in 3 days.
