Ordered 4 of the same gas valves for an atosa fryer. 2 for a repair and 2 as “stock” in my shop. All supposed to be “genuine” Atosa parts. 1 was and the other 3 were made who know where. Installed 2 of them and one was bad. Good thing I ordered extra. Tried to get it replaced under warranty to replenish my stock. Took 3 weeks to get a warranty claim and part. Valve 2 is installed and not working now. Only one working is the actual genuine part they sent me. Trying to return the others but they are ignoring me. Finally threatened to report them and all of the sudden have a response. Now we will see how long it takes to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE. Operator out of Illinois, registered in TX as a “foreign LLC”, based out of china, and customer service is in India. You get what you pay for….will never buy from again!!!

The part ordered did not match the photo. The caster noted showed a brake included. I contacted customer service and it took over a week to reply. They indicated that the brake was not included and that the description indicated such which it did in very small print buried. I went back and asked if they had a caster like this with a brake system as I couldn't find one on their website and have not received a reply in over two weeks.

Parts weren’t delivered. Paid for 2nd day air and never got it. Talked to someone about it and said they would investigate but never heard back. Now I get no response. Needed the parts or would have had to close my restaurant on a Friday night. Ended up driving an hour to Pittsburgh. So this crap company ended up costing me.

I still have not received the parts I ordered. It was a set or burners for my blodgett oven. I only received the right burner. No one has answered my emails and I have no word when the remaining burner will arrive or even if it will arrive. Update: I still have not received the burner that I paid for. The only contact has been an email asking for pictures of the package when I received it. I did not take pictures as there was no a evidence of damage. This, I have told them, twice! Still no resolution. It was an expensive set of burners. They have stolen my money and refused to make it right. I am NOT a satisfied customer Purchase from this company at your own risk

No idea where our order is. No way to check tracking or the status, and I keep getting emails asking how we did, when we haven’t even revived our part.

I ordered one thermometer and you only send me a transformer. Also I try to contact costumer service and is not possible. I hope someone help me. Thanks
