The ordering of the material went without any issues, I had more issues with the client deciding what they ended up wanting then any other problems from your end, installing it was pretty much normal, no real issues other than the fact the security torque bits, (that came with the screws and bolts) had a tendency of snapping, so I need to get extras to finish the job, it would be a good option on your website to be able to add a few extra with the order, even if we are charged for them. My normal supply house for that type of bit is about an hour away from where I was working at the time.
