The stalls arrived in a timely manner, way faster than I thought so that was amazing! There was an error in the length but the company met me in the middle and made the situation work out. The doors are installed and they look great!

Everything was pretty seem-less with ordering and receiving the dividers. The installation video was kinda helpful but it would have been nice for some detailed written instructions, so we didnt have to figure so many things out ourselves.

Hello John, wish we had known you didn't receive the instructions with the order, we could have emailed them to you but we so glad to hear everything else went smoothly! Leslie Project Manager 800-685-7541
Steve
Good quality products but instructions are very vague to different size bathrooms.

I gave you guys a 4 star because there weren’t any instructions on how to put them together. I didn’t know what panel brackets went with the wall mount ones. I had to just install them with trial and error and to my best of my experience If I would had instructions I would of gave you guys 5 stars because the materials you use are of great quality. Fit and finish is great as well.

Thank you Jose, glad to know everything went so well with your order but I do wish you had let us know the install instructions weren't included... we could have easily emailed you a copy. Leslie Project Manager 800-685-7541

Everyone was great, the only issue I had was with shipping details. It was around the Christmas holiday and confusing when it was shipping.

Hello Rebecca, yes Christmas holiday shipping can be challenging but so glad to hear all went well with your order! Leslie Project Manager 800-685-7541

My shipment arrived one hardware door kit short. The customer rep suggested I purchase an additional kit from another vendor since customer service wouldn't be available for one week due to the holiday. When customer service returned they suggested I look in my box of shipped items since she had an invoice saying all items were shipped. I then asked her to send me the missing hardware kit which she did the following day. Luckily the school had a holiday for Martin Luther King Jr. and i was able to complete the installation then. I like the product and it looks very nice as completed. That was my last restroom to renovate for Holy Rosary school, so I will be happy to show your product to any future customers.
