The order info was easy to follow, I had the option before finalizing and ordering to check all the items are matching and they are at correct measurements. I probably still need to order 1 more 3" or 4" panel because after installing everything I have 1" gap.

Partition King patiently answered all of my questions. The order arrived with everything inside and the panels look amazing!

Ordering was straight forward and fairly easy. Shipping was fast however I didn't have much notice for when the products would arrive. Installation was more difficult than expected. The instructions were a little confusing. There are instructions for different styles and they don't apply to all types of panels. The hardware packets were labeled differently than they are listed in the instructions. Everything was laid out according to the drawings but I had to move panels over to get the door gaps right. It seems as if the drawings were a little off. Overall I am happy with the service provided and the partitions look great. I would recommend hiring a team to install for you however.

The designing was super easy and quick with the help of their team! The turn around time took a bit longer than what was quoted, the delivery driver never called about the delivery and no instructions were supplied in putting them up. Affordable, amazing quality and will definitely be using them again!

We received our order in a timely manner. Partitions are of good quality. Would be 5 star if cam with a little better instructions.

Product delivered quickly with all all pieces intact and packed to prevent damage.

Need more material such as screws!

I ordered materials from Partition king by providing drawings for their use in producing submittals and proposal. shop drawings were provided and approved based on the floor plans provided. Once materials were received we realized that the design had not taken into account the wall finishes. So we had to order a few replacement panels a couple inches smaller at our cost. The replacements arrived in a timely manner but were not the same style and had to be replaced. This time They were replaced at Partition Kings Expense. The shipment was expedited. Over all I was pleased with the experience. I would recommend the communication be broadened to include phone service. Which I believe could have prevented the minor issues we experienced.
