The process from ordering to installing our bathroom partitions was very easy. The customer service staff were professional and friendly, and they kept in constant communication.

Easy to order and receive the product. Only down side was the instructions that came with the product. Instructions didn’t match materials given.

Thank you Zackary, sorry about the instruction, we could have emailed the correct set but we're glad to know all else went well. Leslie Project Manager 800-685-7541

Only missed a 5 because we are short some parts for the partition rails (6) 15809 EHR Kits for BE-SS&PL.

Great buying process, excellent cust service, fast shipping/delivery. My only issue is we were short 6 of the safety screws.

Excellent to know Chris, wish you had let us know about the screws, we could have sent you some! Leslie Project Manager 800-685-7541

Partition quality is great! A better description in brackets and installation would help.

Your communication is excellent and production/shipping time is very good. I appreciate that you have restroom accessories that can be ordered at the same time. My one negative is we had to rework the original design dimensions. They were off a little compared to the plans we submitted to you.

Thank you so much Jan, we appreciate your appreciation of our positives :) as for the drawings/dimensions; it's not always an exact match and is why we have our customers sign off on their drawings so that they can assure that their measurements are as they need them to be before they're shipped. We are glad to know that you got it worked out and if we can ever assist you again, we'd very much look forward to doing so! Leslie Project Manager 800-685-7541

Very helpful web site and knowledgeable, staff. the detailed e-mail was helpful when it came to shipping information. Thanks

Thank you Allen, we put a lot of effort into our own knowledge but also our website and emails for the very purpose of being able to clearly and effectively communicate the information needed to our customers so we're happy to know this was helpful to you. Leslie Project Manager 800-685-7541

Product and sizes were perfect. Though drawing is helpful it doesn’t gives detailed instructions for hardware. And most hardware looks very similar and we ended up using wrong hardware in wrong location couple times. Also no extra screws! Given the size of the job it’s expected to lost or break couple screws. Overall it’s good product and worth the money and time.

You could have reached out to us for additional assistance... but we're so glad to hear that overall, everything went well. Leslie Project Manager 800-685-7541
