Their website was very easy to use and create a layout of our two bathrooms. Got the written quote the next day and everything arrived about a week later. Very happy with the quality of the partitions. Only trouble I had was the lack of installation instructions-- we had zero experience with partitions before and the pamphlet was very high level instruction.

We're happy to hear that you are very happy and that all went smoothly and quickly other than the install instructions, they are technical and there is a learning curve but sounds like you got there in the end :) Leslie Project Manager 800-685-7541

Wrong measurements. We have been working with Partition Kings for other projects, never having an issue. The measurements for the partitions for two bathrooms were conveyed wrong to the sales rep as ruff unfinished rooms. After explaining what had happened and the situation that I was in, and the importance to finish the bathrooms on time to Leslie. She put the order in, to replace the pilasters at a very fair cost and my bathrooms will be ready for occupancies on time. Thank you very much Brian

Thank you Brian, measurements as with everything in life, do not always go to plan but we are always here to help... we're so pleased we could offer the assistance needed to get your bathrooms ready in time and we appreciate your review and your business! Leslie Project Manger 800-685-7541
JOE
Partition King is by far one of the greatest customer service experiences I have had as a Buyer. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry. They helped me with confirming my drawings and getting me a quote on what we needed. They also matched the slightly lower cost of a competitor. They also provided me constant updates once my order shipped. They will be my go-to company in the future for any needs I may have relating to restroom/break room remodeling projects.
