very nice looking units that were easy to install. I miss read the shop drawings in one bathroom which ended up being a very costly mistake. My impulse was how did they not see what I meant as a bathroom would not work in the configuration sent; however, ultimately my mistake.

Good communication and response time. However, delivery is a little difficult. Company who delivered would not answer phone and showed up unannounced, not giving us a chance to get what we needed to unload package. This was frustrating, especially for such a large package.

The people are great to work with very helpful the one issue is with the hardware kits do not have enough short screws for the small width panels

Ordering custom layouts is relatively easy. I had no plans to assist, however the design team was a lot of help making it work. The email chains did get a little confusing with a few different people reaching out on one order. In addition, the second order placed was shipped via fedex and all the pieces were damaged. All in all the everything turned out great and will definitely use partion king in the future.

Website was "user friendly" -when we ordered the dividers for the (3) separate bathrooms. *could have used a bit clearer directions on hardware

Had great support and follow up from the team, even when I changed the dimensions from my side two times.

Purchase experience was great. Shipping was extremely well done, ie packaging, please don’t skimp there. Assembly instructions specific to my install were less than ideal. Thanks
