If you require a call before delivery you have to call the carrier to schedule a call once your order ships and we provide tracking information...if you did this we sincerely apologize that the carrier did not follow through with calling before delivery. It looks like your order came with one set of door handles for the handicap stall. The smaller stall with an inswing door does not require door handles. This is an industry standard.
