These guys are great
These guys are great! I had wanted to try the NMN and I ordered all NR. They let me ship three bottles of the NR back and sent me three bottles of the NMN. I do like it better. I will continue purchasing all from them and other things they sell! They have great products! 😊

Accidental ordering mix-ups happen to the best of us, and our team was more than happy to help you easily exchange those bottles of NR so you could finally get your hands on the NMN. It is fantastic to hear that the NMN is turning out to be the better fit for you! Your continued trust in our brand and your excitement to explore our other offerings truly means everything to us. Don’t know it is working
Don’t know it is working? Not sure I feel any different. What are the side effects if any? I have been getting leg cramps since taking it
Response from PartiqlarMay 14, 2026
Hi Keith, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is quite common not to feel an immediate or dramatic change right away, as many of the long-term benefits of our supplements occur quietly at the cellular level with consistent use. However, we are very concerned to hear about the leg cramps you've been experiencing. While our products are generally well-tolerated, everyone's body reacts differently. We highly recommend pausing the supplement and consulting with your healthcare provider to ensure it's the right fit for you. We want to make sure you are fully taken care of. Please reach out to our team directly at [email protected] so we can answer any specific questions you have about the ingredients, or assist you with a return and full refund if you'd prefer. We look forward to helping you!

Extremely hard to cancel.
Appallingly difficult to cancel the subscription. I was unable to login to the account as none of the links would work, so I removed my card as a payment method. Once I got the payment declined email stating you could reply to the help@ email I did so requesting to cancel. That email, replying to one sent to me, was undeliverable. So I tried the care@ email which has so far required several emails to explain, no, I do not want another product, yes, I want to cancel the subscription and now having to go back after being told to log in that logging in doesn't work. Currently on the 6th email back and forth and now I'm being told more help from the support is needed for it to be resolved. If the product works for you, great, but be aware that cancelling may not be as easy as you think.
Response from PartiqlarMay 8, 2026
Hi Niki, We sincerely apologize for this incredibly frustrating experience. Cancelling your subscription should be a simple, straightforward process, and we are so sorry that broken website links, undeliverable email addresses, and an endless back-and-forth have made this so unnecessarily difficult. Being on your 6th email just to process a standard cancellation is completely unacceptable, and we completely understand your frustration. We want to step in and end this runaround for you right now. Please forward your latest email thread directly to our team at [email protected]. We will personally ensure your subscription is cancelled immediately, no further questions asked. We deeply apologize for the hassle and appreciate you bringing these technical issues to our attention so we can get them fixed.

i placed an order for NMN £151 with partiqlar
i placed an order for NMN £151. a few hours later i found a much cheaper supplier called supplemented.co.uk. i immediately emailed partiqlar to cancel my order and request a refund. to cut a long story short, after 4 weeks and unanswered emails i still hadn't received any product nor a refund. my bank raised a dispute with mastercard and within a few hours partiqlar emailed to say they were refunding. this is not a good faith company. my supplemented.co.uk order arrived after 2 days with excellent communication
Response from PartiqlarMay 8, 2026
Hi Tim, We sincerely apologize for this incredibly frustrating experience. Having your immediate cancellation request go unanswered for four weeks is completely unacceptable, and you never should have had to resort to a bank dispute just to get a response and your money back. We completely dropped the ball here, and we fully understand why you are so disappointed. We are actively investigating our customer service system to find out exactly why your initial emails were missed, as this is far below the standard of service we strive to provide. If you need any further documentation regarding the refund or have any other questions, please reach out to our management team directly at [email protected]. We are truly sorry for the hassle and stress this has caused you.
