I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lilli Link at Parsley Health since 2018, and I genuinely cannot overstate how exceptional she is. She has seen me through my first breast cancer diagnosis and later my metastatic diagnosis, and throughout all of it she has been consistently present, thoughtful, and deeply prepared. She always comes to appointments having done the research, understanding the nuances of my case, and ready to ask the right questions. I never feel rushed, dismissed, or treated like a chart instead of a human being. Dr. Link is also incredibly responsive and available, which matters more than people realize when you’re navigating something complex and frightening. She collaborates rather than dictates, respects the work I put in as a patient, and elevates that work with her own expertise, curiosity, and care. It’s rare to find a doctor who is this intelligent, thorough, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their patients’ outcomes. I trust her completely, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had her in my corner for so many years. If you’re looking for a physician who combines deep knowledge with real humanity, Dr. Lilli Link is truly outstanding.

While I love Parsley’s mission, the actual service fell far short of their promise. Was a waste of time, energy and money:( Lack of Continuity: I was set up with a Doctor who the company knew was leaving Parsley two weeks after our first appointment to establish care. Unprepared Providers: My second doctor didn't realize we had met before and spent our limited 30-minute session reading the very labs she ordered for me during our first session for the first time in front of me. When we ended I had tons of unasked questions because she spent the whole call familiarizing her self with my labs, looking up things she didn’t know off hand, etc. Ended call more confused and concerned. Wish she came prepared with her understanding of my labs and a plan for me. Operational Failures: Glitchy website sent wrong meeting reminders; lab order errors forced me to take additional time off work for a second trip to the lab. Poor Value: For the price of membership, I expected a personal, quality experience. I felt like just another number in a disorganized system.

I was about 80% of the way through my one-year Parsley Health membership—which included five visits with a health coach and five with a doctor—when I was diagnosed with cancer. My life was completely turned upside down. After undergoing multiple surgeries, I realized my one-year membership was about to expire, so I reached out to ask what options were available to me. I misread a somewhat confusing email response and believed they were advising me to schedule my remaining appointments before the one-year window closed. I did exactly that and completed the full ten visits - the ones I had already paid for. Afterward, I discovered that Parsley Health had charged me for a second year of membership, which I neither wanted nor needed. Although they applied a small discount, I was still charged hundreds of dollars for a second year of care that I did not use. I only attended the appointments included in my original membership. When I raised this issue, I was told they had to charge me because “they are a business.” If a healthcare company cannot show flexibility or compassion for someone going through cancer, it is not worth working with.

I was a Parsley Health member for 2 years, drawn to their holistic approach to healthcare. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of what's promised for a premium healthcare membership. Major Issues: Provider Continuity Problems: I had two different doctors leave during my membership, forcing me to restart my care from scratch each time - rebuilding relationships, re-explaining my complete health history, and re-establishing treatment goals. Critical information gets lost in these transitions. My most recent doctor completely forgot to order my lipid panel despite cholesterol monitoring being a primary reason I joined Parsley. A provider who truly knew my health profile would never miss something so fundamental to my care plan. Scheduling Difficulties: Consistently struggled to get timely appointments. I later learned this was partly due to understaffing issues - unacceptable when you're paying premium prices for healthcare access. Administrative Problems: Multiple billing errors, credits not properly applied, and incomplete lab orders requiring follow-up corrections. The Final Straw: When my membership was ending, a team member reached out asking for feedback and offering a 15% discount. I sent a detailed, thoughtful response outlining all these issues and asking if a more substantial offer might be possible given the service failures. I never received a response. This non-response perfectly encapsulates Parsley's core problem: lack of genuine follow-through and member care. When a patient takes time to provide honest feedback about their healthcare experience, complete silence speaks volumes about how much the company actually values its members. Parsley Health has a compelling philosophy and approach, but the execution - particularly around provider stability and consistent care delivery - makes it impossible to recommend at this price point. You're paying premium prices for what ends up being fragmented, inconsistent care.

Irresponsible admin. Hard to get appointments. When you do, they hawk their own supplements. Absolute nonsense. The medical profession should be ashamed of Parsley.

It takes 4 months to get one virtual appointment, speaking from experience.

everything is fake about Parsley Health you can tell: they prescribed tons of exams, supplements never get back to you between 2 appointments even when they receive blood test results.. Do not get back to you even when you send an articulated letter of frustration and complain... They just do not care. My next move: cancelling my credit card on file
