ParoReviews of paro.ai

We hired a Fractional CFO through Paro and have been using him for a year. He has done an excellent job. The relationship with Paro is easy and they have maintained excellent customer service throughout this year long process.

I love Paro. They are diligent getting the proper consultant that matches the clients needs. I feel confident that I can grow my business using PARO.

Ease of identifying the right person at the right time. We had struggled finding a person that could generate timely and accurate financial reporting. He was able to grasp the current issues, fix them and then perform sensitivities to the budget while creating a pro forma for next year. Much needed and now like one of the C level team

We’ve been working with Alex & Raffi for almost two years now, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. They have an incredible ability to match us with talent that fits our needs to a ‘T.’ Their team is professional, responsive, and always ready to address any questions or concerns we have. It’s been a smooth, reliable partnership, and we look forward to continuing to work with them in the future. Highly recommend!!

Working with Paro has been a positive experience from the beginning. Raffi and Alex have been very proactive in understanding our business needs in order to refer candidates that will fit the skillset required for various projects. They communicate frequently to ensure our expectations are being met. We look forward to our continued partnership with them.

I've been working with Paro for the past year and a half. We are a small accounting firm working with real estate investors and rely on seasonal help to help keep our staff sane during tax season. I've received the personal cell phone numbers for our customer success managers who are happy to support us through text message and email and are always responsive to communications; which is important as we coordinate meeting new experts and onboarding them. We've brought several different people on for different reasons and different times and it was always very easy from getting potential expert's profiles, to scheduling interviews and getting statements of work generated. Customer service is top notch.

I really like the professionals Paro has brought to us. I also really like how concerned Paro is with making sure they are getting things right and that our needs are being met.

Excellent never have problems. We have been using them for two years. Very satisfied.
