We signed on with Paro during a financial review, needing some advanced financial management and accounting expertise. Our Paro consultants listed to our needs and assigned a part-time CFO who's been instrumental in adjusting our financial reporting and in giving us the information we need to be more successful. This has proven to be a very cost-effective way to bring more financial acumen to our team without costing us.

It has been a pleasure working with Paro and the bookkeeper that we hired through them. I didn't know where to start to find a reliable bookkeeper that understood our industry, and that was willing and able to help clean up my Quickbooks files (I really didn't know what I was doing when I started). We are in a rural area, and I didn't want to have to go to a large city to find someone, and no one in the area was taking new clients. I felt confident that Paro would find and verify a reliable person, and I have been very pleased. Our bookkeeper is very personable, flexible with our work schedule, answers my questions about how things are set up, and everything gets reconciled and recorded even before I remember it needs to be done. Paro stays in constant contact, and even rectified some issues early on with regard to miscommunication and billing. They work very hard to provide valuable service to me as a client, and to the bookkeeper.

Paro has handled my bookkeeping and taxes for a couple years now, and they have made finance a function that “just works”. I know I get accurate and fast numbers to track my business. Everyone I work with is professional and high caliber. They require little input from me on a week to week basis to give me all the information I need to focus on running my business. Beyond providing a stellar full finance department, they’ve managed to do all that for significantly less than my previous system. I will be staying with Paro for the long term.
