Parley LabsReviews of parleylabs.com

Besides the supply chain issues, dealing with Parley Labs was a great experience. Our refunds were issued with no sales pressure and Gabriel was very nice.

So....where do I begin. Everyone know the skinny on what happened.....if not then here it is in a nutshell. I feel Nebra Screwed this all up! I waited a while for miners....like everyone else. But Parley Labs is making and has made this a pleasent transaction after all. Customer service is top notch. I'll order again from Parley Labs bo doubt. Shout out to "T" For making it happen.

I think parleylabs is actually great, they were just screwed over by Nebra. I reached out to KB on heliums discord and he was able to efficiently submit my refund to be processed.

Had a great sales experience with Gabriel. He was knowledgeable about antennas which I needed and helped me get the correct setup for my area. Nebra messed up, Parley got stuck in the middle. They are working hard to rectify the issues caused and I appreciate that.

Everyone thinks they are the manufacturer but they are just a distributor like Newegg. They were told lies from Nebra and were not able to fulfill the orders. They had a sensecap so I was able to swap my order through. Fast shipping and polite people on the phone calls.

Even though I Have been waiting a year or so, they have been communicating with me at all times and giving updates. Now they gave me the option for a refund or to send me the Sensecap miner they had in stock, and now its on the way. People just don’t understand how this works and have lack of patience, this is not Amazon and there were issues with Nebra manufacturing, however Sensecap is a different story. Thank you guys!!!

Placed order on thursday. Received sensecap m1 the next monday

Everyone thats mad at ParleyLabs doesnt understand that they are distributors for Nebra and had to deal with what a disasted Nebra has been. Parleylabs did a excellent job with the communication and being truthful even though the news about Nebra wasnt what I wanted to hear.
