Parley LabsReviews of parleylabs.com

Alex was the name of the rep that helped me out with my miner swap. Gave me his phone number and has been very professional, has responded within minutes the couple times I’ve texted him about my order. I had noticed it hadn’t shipped yet, reached out to Alex and within one hour a label was made and I had gotten an email saying it would be shipped soon. Great employee, should give him a raise, he gets stuff done.

Gold customer service. Just salty at myself for not ordering at multiple retailers. Refund was prompt and service was professional.

Good experience with Parley Labs. After waiting a while for my order I was given a refund and quickly (within a day) shipped a miner from a different company. I asked for a discount due to my trouble waiting on Nebra and they happily obliged. Thanks for the fast shipping, and please avoid Nebra.

Had a great conversation with Gabriel Taba from parley labs. I settled on swapping my original order for a rockpi miner that they had in stock at their warehouse. Everything is starting to look way better for production and customer service. After having the conversation I feel way better about the whole situation. Everything was settled very quickly and professionally. Patience is definitely key in this type of market and the state the world is in right now. Still very bullish about helium, and I am ready to saddle up and enjoy the ride. - Excel Luna

Hung Tran was a super helpful person. Was able to answer all of my questions and assist me fully.

I ordered a miner a few months ago and had also been frustrated with the backorders and delays. Thankfully the Parley Labs team have been communicative and helpful in getting my refunds proccessed and replacements. I talked to Hung Tran, specifically, who has been awesome in handling this case. I would definitely buy from Parley Labs again, after this experience.

Great online shop, had some questions with ordering, they helped me out and even gave price adjustment on an item I bought previously, fast shipping on any items in stock, great customer service online, especially discord!

Company has had lots of ups and downs but they always seem to make things straight with me so I have no complaints about them and recommend them to all family and friends looking to get into helium.
