Nebra failed me and parley labs made it right!

Parley Labs got stuck holding the bag when Nebra couldn’t come through. We’ve all been waiting on Nebra. Parley labs (especially Gabriel) has been super helpful in getting me a different miner best suited for my needs/location Even gave me a discount. Doing the right thing in a difficult situation. My hat is off to you. Thanks Joe

Got a nice call from a PL staff. They gave me option to swap after a year of waiting for Nebra's lies. PL never held onto the money, it was their merchant that never released it. Stay patient and they will get to you to swap or refund.

I ordered Nebra miners a year ago from Parley and Nebra. Nebra poorly constructed their business operations and eventually dumped my orders. Thankfully I ordered from Parley as well. Parley took a huge hit on Nebra as I did and they were very upfront about the situation while making it a PRIORITY to call me and provide corrective actions. As a business owner myself, this is above and beyond. ParleyLabs made the Nebra tragedy right with me as a customer. Because of this I will maintain and grow my business connection with Parley.

So…true, it did take a while BUT, I did get updates along the way and at the end of it, I got miners in the mail on the way. If the last 2 years have taught anyone anything, patience is key. Gabriel helped out, got me a bit of discount and hopefully I’ll be mining soon. Parley is legit, just chill out…you can’t even get a truck from Ford in less than year right now. Thanks again for the help and the new miners Gabriel, appreciate it!

I also ordered a Nebra miner back in April 2021. Parley kept me informed throughout this past year on their ensuing shipping & logistic issues - which I appreciated at the least. Without those emails I probably would have been 10x more aggravated but I try to avoid taking my wrath out on innocent customer service workers. My customer service call with Alex was smooth & I appreciated his attitude. Seemed like he cared about his job… which we all know isn’t always the case with certain companies & their service department staff. Thanks for the upcoming refund Parley, no harm no foul.

Gabriel was AWESOME in answering my questions and getting me squared away with a replacement miner for the Nebra that was never manufactured and provided for me from April 2021. Got a SenseCap M1 at a great price, and also did it with zero headache. Thank you, Parley for making it right and doing the best you could in this situation for customers.
