Scam company. No refund despite me reaching out multiple times. Stay away

Bought the nebra indoor unit and didn't receive the product or the refund. They are a bunch of liars scammers

It started as a case of unfortunate circumstance for Parley labs and slowly transitioned straight through embarrassing incompact to fraudulent behavior. I purchased a miner on April 7th. After many deadline shifts (that may be due to Nebra) I finally gave up and filled for a refund on Dec 11th. Website states refunds takes 30 days for transactions over 90 days. Well 3 unreturned emails and 60 days later, still no refund. I filled for refund before they started the "blanket refund process". Even if Parley labs isn't some ponzi scam, it may be the worst run company I've ever interacted with.

Over one year, constant stream of "updates" emails, never any product, on some mythical "waiting list". Apparently now I am in some sort of "blanket refund" list. I keep writing asking for a refund, all they want to do is "talk" to you so you either wait longer, or give them bank information... IT IS A PONZIE SCHEME

Scam these people should be hunted down

Parley labs, I ordered two miners over 10 months ago and I haven't recieved my order. You said that there is a blanket refund, however I have not received my refund. I am reaching out to you in every way I can and still no response. I will not rest until I have received my full refund, and I will do everything in my power to be sure that this situation is resolved.

DO NOT PREORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. BEEN WAITING ON A REFUND FOR 2 MONTHS AFTER WAITING FOR THEM TO SHIP ME WHAT I ORDERED 8 MONTHS BEFORE THAT. STAY AWAY! SCAM!

Defective Nebra Miner unit RMA process has been terrible. I have no idea what is going on with the replacement/repair of my miner unit and clear communication from Parley has been absent...
