None of the shuttle rides in my reservations were successful. My initial reservation process was simple which is where they get 1 star, but their shuttle partners were so bad that I ended up needing to rely on Lyft anyway. For both pickups, the shuttles were over 30 minutes late, and they had 0 communication except for a useless automated phone number. Worst is since I was going to be late and needed my own Lyft to make it to my flight the shuttle company marked me as a no-show once they eventually got there, so Parking Access is fighting me for a refund. Definitely will never be using this service again. Update: they did end up processing the refund. Generally their customer service is nice. Adjusted rating +1

This was very easy but once I had made my reservation my confirmation email did not reference that I had made it through a third party and could not cancel on line without knowing who the third party is. Saying that a very nice lady answered the phone after you opened today at 8 AM and was able to assist me in cancelling my reservation. Thank you so much and hopefully you will amend the confirmation page to reference your booking agency so changing a reservation can be more intuitive and seamless.

It’s a nice search engine, but the prices aren’t truly what is first offered. This might be separate from you business, but Park n’ Fly Minneapolis was supposed to send me confirmation of my reservation. I never received it in my inbox or spam. Thankfully, I have a screen shot of the confirmation number.

When I booked my park and hotel I was told the amount of 133.00 would not be charged to my card until the day of my stay, the next day it was on my card. I have since canceled my reservations and was told It would take 3 to 5 business days to get my refund. I have not received a cancellation notice.

I have not received my email with the barcode, so not so sure about the service

My one and only complaint is about not receiving a confirmation from the hotel that I booked. I have no idea if I have a room or not.

On the original page it stated that there was shuttle service to TPA and that it ran every 15 minutes. After I booked the parking, the site says there is no shuttle service and I should use Uber or Lyft. Not what I'm looking for.

Pick up at the airport was great! I prepaid my parking and was told just to present the letter indicating I had prepaid and the person at the checkout acted like they had never seen anything like the confirmation I showed. Was very inconvenient for me and the people lining up behind me!
